Salam Sejahtera.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. O GOD, to you all praise as it should be with the glory of your substance and the greatness of your kingdom. O Allah, the grace and mercy of our Lord, Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Ala Wassalam and his family, and his Companions, and his followers and the scholars; may have mercy on and on the day of resurrection.
2. Verse 35 Surah Al-Anbiyaa means:
“Every soul will feel dead. We will test you with evil and kindness as an attempt. And unto Us ye shall be brought back. ” [1]
3. That is the case with ILAHI – thus the irrefutable resolution of ILAHI. That death is determined by ILAHI. When it’s time, it’s impossible for humans to delay it even for a moment. This fact must be accepted with all due diligence.
4. Such provisions are stated by ILAHI. On Wednesday, 28 Rejab 1435 Hijrah, equivalent to May 28, 2014, His Majesty the Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah ibn Almarhum Sultan Yussuf Izzuddin Shah Ghafarullahu, had died.
5. During the four hundred and eighty-six (486) years of the history of the Malay Sultanate of Perak, His Majesty the Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah ibn Almarhum Sultan Yussuf Izzuddin Shah Ghafarullahu-Lah, Sultan, Yang Di-Pertuan and the King of Perak State Government The thirty-fourth Ridzuan (34), determined by Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala residing in the throne of government for 30 years, 3 months, 25 days, recorded the period of residence in the throne of government, second longest after the eleventh Sultan of Sultan Mahmud Iskandar Shah who lived on the throne for 67 years, between 1653 and 1720.
6. The deceased has fulfilled the role of a King of Government who adheres to the concept of the Constitutional Monarchy. The deceased was known as a King of Government who strongly adheres to the principle of abandoning the Constitution and lawfully enacting the law. The deceased had abandoned the legacy of mandatory government. The deceased had set up the image of the King of the Government who respected and injected the sovereignty of the honored throne.
7. When residing in the throne of government, a King of Government is not solely responsible for his family members, but a King of the Government has a larger family, also asserting the mandate to overflow the umbrella of justice to the people and the State. The death of a King of the Government, not just a loss suffered by family members, relatives and friends, but also felt throughout the people throughout the country.
8. Beta is deeply touched, witnessing so many masses of people from all walks of life, religious and racial groups that come together; among them were elderly, elderly, climbing, dipping, wheelchair, shabby dress, walking up the hill – climbing the stairs of the castle, but be careful to visit and pray for the wellbeing of the deceased. I believe most of them have never met the deceased personally during the life of the deceased, but in particular, they have shown the spirit of the loyalty of the people to the torso of a ruler who has died; and symbolically, they exhibit the nature of loyalty, supporting the continuity of government-based government institutions.
9. The deceased’s body was perfectly buried on May 29, 2014. Many involved in managing ceremonial ceremonies. We have witnessed ourselves, the heavy tasks performed by so many officers; managing the journey of the corpse to the Palace of Alexandria, the unbelieving tahfiz students reciting the holy verses of the Koran, the exorcists and the corpses, the devout followers standing at the Balai Rong Seri all day, the members carrying the Royal Sun and accompanying the last journey of the corpse from the palace to the place of the cemetery, the corpse of the dead, the corpse of the corpse, the corpse and the corpse. 10. Atas nama peribadi Beta sebagai Anakanda kepada Almarhum serta bagi pihak Paduka Bonda Yang Maha Mulia Raja Permaisuri Tuanku Bainun dan seluruh anggota keluarga Almarhum, Beta menzahirkan ucapan terima kasih kepada Yang Amat Berhormat Mamanda Menteri Besar, Yang Berhormat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Kerajaan Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan, Kementerian Penerangan Malaysia, Angkatan Tentera Malaysia, Polis Diraja Malaysia, pelbagai agensi penyiaran serta media, serta pelbagai jabatan, institusi, pertubuhan dan individu yang terlibat baik secara tertera dan secara terselindung, mengendalikan urusan pemakaman Almarhum Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah Al-Maghfur-Lah.
11. Majlis ini, dianjurkan sebaik tamat tempoh berkabung, untuk membolehkan Beta menzahirkan secara langsung ucapan terima kasih kepada para petugas. Majlis ini diadakan sebagai tanda penghargaan tinggi Beta dan seluruh keluarga Al-Marhum kepada para petugas yang begitu tinggi budi dan begitu luhur pekertinya, berjasa dan berkhidmat kepada seorang Raja yang telah mangkat. Beta pohon dihalalkan setiap keringat yang dititiskan ke bumi dan setiap tenaga yang digunakan semasa memenuhi tanggung jawab. Beta disembah maklum, sebahagian daripada para petugas tidak dapat hadir di Majlis ini kerana pada masa ini diperlukan bertugas di tempat tertentu. Sampaikan salam terima kasih Beta sekeluarga kepada setiap seorang daripada mereka. Semoga Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala memberikan kemuliaan dunia dan kemuliaan akhirat kepada setiap seorang rakyat Beta yang telah menyempurnakan tugas untuk memuliakan jenazah Paduka Ayahanda Beta.
12. Firman ALLAH Subhanahu Wata’ala dalam ayat 39 Surah Al-Mu’min bermaksud:
“….,sesungguhnya kehidupan dunia ini hanyalah kesenangan (sementara) dan sesungguhnya akhirat itulah negeri yang kekal.”[2]
13. Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah Al-Maghfurlah kini berada di alam barzakh. Semoga roh Almarhum dilimpahkan rahmat dan kasih sayang ILAHI. Beta pohonkan segala keikhlasan untuk sama-sama kita membaca Surah Al-Fatihah, dan apa juga ganjaran yang dikurniakan ILAHI daripada bacaan tersebut, disampaikan kepada roh Almarhum Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah Al-Maghfurlah. AL-FATIHAH.
